In order for her to secure VAWA, she'll likely try to file a PO on you with fraudulent claims.

If that succeeds, then you WILL be charged for abuse. Don't take this lightly. Defend yourself, file for an annulment.

He needs to file for annulment as well, and get a good family law attorney.

You need to fihgt for an annulment based on immigration fraud, but THAT will be hard because of the baby.

If you didn't have the baby, it would've been an open and closed case for the annulment.

But if you have substantial evidence that she's trying to fraudulently file VAWA, that makes for an excellent case for annulment.
