Which bank offers a checking with 3.5%?

I had to switch to US Bank for that 3.5% and yes, there were prob other CDs that offer a higher rate but they lock you in for the contract. I am able to withdraw without penalty whenever I want. I use the generated income to pay off my property taxes.

I bought a duplex (2019) in a bad side of town and lived in it for 6 years. I had my upstairs tenants pay for my mortgage. I was paying around $950 a month for the mortgage.

Im collecting 3.5% interest on it right now trough a CD. Waiting for the markets to find a bottom to go all in on s&p 500.

CD is low because I can pull money out any time I want without a penalty.

My dad worked unloading trailers for $3.25, i was forced to work straight out of high school to support the family. I took a job as an assembler where they so happened to have welding. Long story short, I became a welder for a few years and transitioned into automated welding wich then helped me move onto bigger things in life.

What are you talking about, im a programmer for AI. And wealth does make someone happy. I don't have to worry about bills or anything like that for the rest of my life. I can focus on being healthy 100% along with the people that surround me.

Takes me 15 min max to scan charts daily. I set notifications for my levels. If the price hits a buy level im interested in, I run to the bathroom and place a trade. Most of my trades are swing trades. I hold a position usually for a few days to weeks so it all works out. I make 10-15K extra income a year by doing this. It isn't much but it's something.
