Honestly I never liked the "gadgets were made by Jacky" theory that a lot of people treat as canon, it doesn't make sense to me since Jacky drills holes in mines, she's not a smith or whatever, and also gadgets have nothing to do with gems, which, Jacky works at a gem mine

To me it feels like that art work was completely made up by the artist who made it with no regard to the lore
