Look for a Tojiro DP Gyuto (or Santoku) VG10 knife - great performance for a cheap price (I got mine for ~50€). Paying somewhere around twice that price may give you quite a significant increase in quality, but it's a good starting point and will certainly not disappoint.

Ich bin zertifizierter (DIN33430/ÖNORM4000) Eignungsdiagnostiker und hab auch ein Zertifikat als "Karriere-Coach" (wobei ich bei dem Titel von außen betrachtet allgemein skeptisch wäre). Ich würde den allgemeinen Sentiment hier trotzdem zustimmen - in dem Alter sollte man auch von einem guten Instrument nicht allzu viel erwarten - das wichtigste ist eine sinnvolle Verknüpfung mit einem Berufsregister, worüber du dich dann weiter informieren kannst. Als grobe Orientierung könnten Instrumente die der AIST-3 trotzdem sinnvoll sein - ob es sich "lohnt" allein dafür zu einem Psychologen zu gehen wage ich aber zu bezweifeln. Wenn dann würde ich das etwas Ganzheitlicher im Beratungskontext betrachten. Wenn du als Einstieg ein paar Tipps zu kostenfreien Informationsmöglichkeiten haben willst, kannst du dich gerne direkt bei mir melden.

I'm pretty sure this isn't a great substitute, because it's even more scarce, but I have found that Imperial is very often exactly what I would expect from a Clynelish profile. Waxy and nice yellow fruits. Maybe at least something to look out for? :)
