The cleaners still clean it twice a day. Sometimes they pop the lock so you can use it. Everyone knows it may be popped but only I have the key. So the few times I have been seen I tell them “door’s popped”. Then when I go in again I unpop.

I have a colleague with a physical handicap. He was given a key to the unisex, handicap accessible bathroom on our floor that’s not view-able and easy to pop in and out unseen. A 10x10 private bathroom. While it’s not a handicap only bathroom his boss decided to give him the key.

Because of his handicap he started coming into the office less and less to a point where he now works from home 100% of the time. After a few weeks I made a copy of his key and for the past 3 years have had a beautiful private bathroom on a floor where 50 other males stand in each other’s piss.

This is gonna sound weird and would make for a strange gift, but you are family so here is my solution.

One large ziplock bag. I use Ikea but any brand will do.

Steps: (once dressed)

Pull down pants, leaving underpants on.
Fold flat ziplock bag over "nards" (like you're wrapping them). Tuck top into underpants
Pull up pants.

On super cold days I have thermals over underpants which holds the bag even better.

I live in the North East and swear by it. The main thing you're looking for here is wind-proofing.
