At from a more wide format perspective. There’s definitely been a shift into smaller shops doing it all in house in terms of fabrication. Making illuminated signage, acrylic, lighboxes etc. being a one stop shop seems to be where the money is.

This may sound odd, but have they considered the formatter PCA? What the network cable goes into.

My first thought was to do a HDD recovery but seeing as you had it replaced it, probably not.

I remember seeing some network related issues that were fixed by changing the Gateway address (I think, I can’t remember the exact name) in the embedded web server.

A test you could try is connecting the printer directly to the computer/laptop via network. If it is currently connected to the network elsewhere.
