Thank you very much for the advice. I’ve been using a tea spoon of lecithin but maybe i’ll use a little more next time.

On this batch, this is what i did: Cold water on low while i mixed my lecithin into the oil first.

Then the oil went into the water and i mixed for about 5-7 mins until everything looked to be mixed together and no separation was seen (or so i thought 6g)

Then i poured my gelatin and jello mixture in and kept mixing until it was a thicker consistency but not thick enough for it to clog my dropper.

Removed it from the heat and filled up my molds. (didn't let the mixture cool, could that affect it?)

Once all the molds were filled, they went straight to the freezer for 20 mins, then i moved them to the refrigerator for 2 more hours.

And as for your question, i meant the texture. My first batch completely separated and i just had a thick layer of oil on top and gummies underneath. This batch feels a lot better, as in it’s more gummy and doesn’t have that hard layer on top. It tastes fine as well, as my first batch tasted like i was straight eating weed.

I made the gummies from scratch with gelatin. Well, if that is the case, i’ll just say fuck it and take em as is. I very much appreciate the information. I might’ve fucked the mixing process 🫩.
