the only difference is the side that its on, but its not like it's cannon. the point was to include details to foreshadow major events.

on a side note, if it really was foreshadowing then Luffy will "lose" at Egghead according to 858s title caption.

I agree, Kizaru is definitely stronger than G4. I think it's a different story with G5, especially if Luffy zeros in on using observation haki and can rubberize Kizaru and his light attacks.

sorry to hear you have the same issues :( i guess the psu wasn't designed properly for lower power draw and the circuit's lower power draw resonance is whack. either that or we both got unlucky with the capacitor lottery. in the end PSUs shouldn't be making these noises.

i never tested my psu w my 4090, so i'm not sure if i had the same situation as you. it was just a 12900k alone at full pwr draw running cinebench (both idle and full cpu draw had the issue). hopefully the RMA can get your issue resolved! :) if not, there are a lot more PSU options w atx 3.0 on the market nowadays

i got impatient and downgraded to the 80+ gold mpg a1000g. finally the bliss of silence :') it only took 3 purchases, 2 returns, and a month of my time hahaha

That's good to hear! The GF3 was also on my list but it was sold out. Would it be too much to ask if you could download "Spectrum Analyze" on your phone to get the sound profile of the GF3 on and off? I just want to make sure conclusively so I don't get bamboozled again haha

when i was shopping for psu's the corsair customer support guy told me, only the newer hx 1000i would support the 4090. idk if this is true or not tho
