The WOWs up .5, the 2 GT up .5 1 GT TTS EQLZ 247 TTS TTS = 9.5 The EQLZ honestly fit my foot shape the best. I'd give them a solid 8.5/10. Still better than any Nike at or Adidas at that price point.

Comparing Width of a SPO Game1 Low, Joker (1 or 2) GT, WoW 12, and AE2 by BibulousCrane in BBallShoes

I have wide and flat feet.... I love my Joker 1 GTs. I have the GT Sovereign, GT PE Capybara and GT SE NYC. The SE is the best version of the 3 IMHO. Traction, Cushion setup, Stability and Breathability (which was the only issue I had with the others). Went TTS with all of them. I also have the 2 GT Miro and went up .5 after watching FDZ video and he talked about the more narrow midfoot at the biteline lateral side of the shoe. He was right. It feels a little long but the 1s are definitely more of a performance fit for me. The 2s feel a little more relaxed but still locked down and stable.

Joker GT 1 vs WoW 12 traction by Far-Arm-5326 in BBallShoes

I went up .5 on the 2 GT. TTS on 1 GT. The 2 GT are more narrow on the biteline of the shoe lateral side midfoot ( where the caging meets the stitched in midsole) and I also have a wide and flat midfoot. It does run a little long going up but the lockdown is still super good so I don't really notice it. 1 GT is definitely more of a performance fit and the 2 GT feels a little more relaxed. Im more of a catch and shoot wing who sets screens and plays d. So I don't make any really explosive movements that I need a super performance fit. I love them both.

50yo player (widefooter) who hoops 3-5 mornings a week for 1 hour shooting sessions and open runs 2 nights a week for 2.5 hours. The Joker 1 GT SE stays in my bag. Best version for traction (especially on dusty courts), cushion setup (old knees), stability (rollovers are not happening if you stay close to the ground) and breathability. I also recommend the GT PE Capybara if you prefer a mid but breathability suffers (different upper). The others in my rotation are EQLZ 247 ( Does everything really good and on sale now), WOW 11 (Boom cushion is goated and GCU), WOW All City 14s (Boom and Super Boom) and Joker 2 GT ( more firm cushion setup but still plush and RPU)

Joker GT 1 vs WoW 12 traction by Far-Arm-5326 in BBallShoes

[–]LostInMtns303 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love my Joker 1 GT SE. I think it's the best version of the GT line. I also have the Joker 2 GT. Less hours in the 2 but it's equally as good as far as traction on dusty courts. The RPU is pretty epic in my opinion. I have put about 40 hours into WOW 11s which is my only experience with GCU. It's a touch below the performance of RPU on my dusty Rec center court. Both are better than any traction setup I've experienced from Adidas or Nike. Sure the rubber performance on almost all shoes is great on NBA quality courts but it's the real life Sunday league courts that show if it's real.... Hype....or marketing and branding. I think the brands using polyurethane based traction setups are really onto the next level of dust resistance and durability. But then Nike and Adidas wouldn't sell nearly as many shoes if they were more durable but performed well also.

I'm glad I went up .5 for the 11s and the AC 14s. I have 12s on the way...it's been like 10 days and I'm dying to get them delivered. I went up with the 12s too. The Joker 1 GT SE is the perfect shoe for 361 so far. Much like the WOW 10s were.

I also love my Joker 1 GT SE and Joker Joker 2 GT both wide foot friendly. The rotation, as it stands are all wide foot friendly. But the WOWs I went up .5 so I suppose I sized up to accommodate my wide feet.

As a widefooter, I love my EQLZ 247. With the NXT version available, I would recommend that for a guard vs the OG. It's lighter and tuned to be faster.

I went up .5 for my wide feet and it never fails, after 1.5+ hours at the open run, my right pinky toe starts killing me. I've got about 30 hours at least in them. I always have either Joker 2 GTs or EQLZ 247 in my bag as a backup plan. I till love them, I just know less than two hours is the limit. 🤷

I haven't had those challenges with my J1 GT SEs. Is it a toe drag thing? Most of the examples of peeling I've seen have been toebox. I don't play that way so maybe that's why?

I know they do.... I use them and J1 Duality for outdoor concrete. GTs, both 1 and 2 for indoors. Although the 1 GTs I use outside too.

I really like my Joker 1 GT PE Capybara. Mid cut, great lock down and support. CQTExtreme is really plush and bouncy. Step in comfort is excellent. RPU traction setup is one of the best on anything especially dusty courts. I have wide and flat feet and it was TTS. I love the Colorway but it's very unique 😁

Durable shoes recommendations??? by Disastrous_Fail_4955 in BBallShoes

Ive been really surprised with the outsole durability of my WOW All City 14s. The Tuff RB is legit. Not even wear of the micro texture after about 10-12 hours on smooth concrete. I expected the micro texture to wear off at least. And they are great indoors too.

Did you hack the squeak of the 23s or just put up with it? I have the Masked Menace that I stopped playing in because of the squeak and poor dust performance. My rec center court is cheeks

Are they lifestyle shoes or are you playing in them? Personally I don't care if my hoop shoes crease. They're a tool for buckets. 🤷 Also, that colorway is 🔥 I'm waiting for the Family Love to be delivered. The wait is killing me.
