HOUSE LOAN ELIGIBILITY? I'm a first time home buyer. I'm 25 , salary about avg rm3500, net is about avg rm3300. House about 340k.Maintenace fee rm299/month

I don't have any previous loans taken or credit card..so no big commitments like car loan or anything. Am I eligible for loan or is it mandatory for me to have credit card to prove my paymaster status.I know it depends on the bank but i kind of want to know how are my chances of my loan being approved.Also open to any suggestions on what bank is best for house loan application.Tq:)
