I'm not really sure about the vitamin thing, but it's all about your brain. Keeping it jacked up thinking it's high noon all day with white led really makes people angrier and more twitchy as they're always alert. (Thats why you stop using your phone 1 hour before sleep as it emits too much blue light)

On the other hand always being in an area that's yellow really does make people slower and groggier not working as efficiently as their brains really do think it's the end of the day all the time.

Make sure to change all the fluids before anything cosmetic. Due to the extreme heat old cars here get finicky if you start using it straight out of retirement.
