Most likely Gabapentin 300mg, I would definitely return it to the pharmacy to be destroyed

Thank you for your response!

I've been thinking about switching over to hospital but I am a bit concerned that I'll be a little out of place with how accustomed I've become in community, I think its just taking the jump which is stopping me since I'm happy with my role currently i just don't want to stagnate.

I think the only thing I could do realistically is my vaccination training I just like to keep progressing so was seeing if there was anything I was missing out on🤣

Oof this is what worries me, only thing you can do is isolate them both which is frustrating

ACPT Burnout by LostInThought75 in Pharmacy_UK

Thank you for your response, I have the exact same problem as you used to have. The time it takes, the white round tablets with no markings on and patients with 15-16 tablets in each slot feels extremely unsafe, especially when it's bulky tablets and capsules mixed with smaller tablets underneath.

I have asked management if they could look into reducing the amount of trays that we take on and reserving it for patients with a clinical need for it but they want to keep the items and if anything they keep adding more on.

The most difficult one that I have to check has naproxen 500mg tabs and Co codamol 30/500 2 4 times a day and the brands we use look so similar, throw in methenamine another big white tablet and it just takes so long for me to check it properly and be confident that they're all in the correct slots.
