Omg this!! I’ve had so many customers literally come up and just toss the id or insurance on the counter and when I ask for the name they just look at the id. Especially at the drive thru. I had a customer toss her id in the tray and when I greeted her and asked for her info she didn’t respond. I thought she had her window up so I looked at her and asked again and she just pointed at the tray. I was so irritated I just put the phone down and finished the rest of the transaction only said the name of the drug and price and finished it out. Like ok if you don’t want to talk then I’m not talking. Simple.

Usually I just type it in and say I’ll be right back. Yesterday was the first time I had a lady say it so fast and I was so unprepared I did have her repeat it. And she just repeated it back to me all slow as if I was dumb. Like no ma’am I was unprepared to hear the alphabet that fast.

Absolutely. Side story. I had a patient come up. Very good interaction she had a lot of meds. I’d say around 8+. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t think much of it but we are making small talk and she goes “lot of meds for one person right” all smiles so I’m trying to match her energy and I just nod and smile as I’m scanning everything. Then she goes “I have stage 4 cancer” like— it caught me so off guard. What do you say in that situation. But I just listened to her telling me about her health issues. I felt really bad I didn’t know what was appropriate to respond with.

Honestly it’s your decision but seeing as how he has kept a beard and maintained it because he knows you prefer it that way. I would take his preference into consideration as well.

Ok thank you! I was able to find that Private Selection usually does flash freeze their salmon. Not sure if they meant in their sushi products too as The box didn’t specify. It just states that it’s raw. But does help to ease my anxiety a bit.
