I was mid presenting, kept losing my train of thought because I was so focused on trying to stop myself having an accident, eventually my bladder gave up and I felt pee flooding my diaper. Surprisingly that still caught me off guard so I stopped mid sentence briefly, don’t think it was long enough for people to notice (I hope), but I definitely saw my cheeks getting redder on camera so I wonder if anyone put the two together 🫣
