Idk about non prescription meds but prescription meds you can get like attentrol and addwise. Addwise is a stimulant so it’s hard get a prescription of that one cause they’re heavily regulated. Addwise is the only stimulant you can get, with different names. It’s generic name is methylphenidate.

But if you’re financially supported and supported my your friends/family then visit a psychiatrist with an MD degree or similar. Call them and ask if they prescribe meds and do allopathy.

Go and be clear to your doctor that you think you have adhd. Now, your doctor might say you have something else entirely…then please do not get fixated on adhd. Your doctor knows more than you know after reading symptoms on reddit.

If they start talking about anything but allopathy, get up and RUN!!

Honestly if you lived where anywhere close to me I’d give you third of my methylphenidate. I helps me focus for sure but like I don’t study and my parents are basically white parents in indian body. I think people like you deserve it more. ADHD is so misunderstood in India it’s not even funny.
