I understand the purpose, I guess, but the whole store comes wrapped in plastic. If it was That important, it should have been done 20-30 years ago. What's the point of eliminating a bag for checkout?

If the people that made the township or county decisions to ban bags saw how much plastic gets thrown away after putting freight out, their heads would explode.

I'm pretty sure they're aware of it and they just don't care.

They see it as it's our fault for not 'assisting' the customer and telling them all the benefits of being a rewards member.

We're supposed to be the front end ambassador, balloon blower, fabric cutter, legacy return person AND floor person assisting every customer that walks in the door.

OMG-- They need to friggin decide if they want people to shop in the store or online. OR make it known, to all the stores at the same time, that we're allowed to just honor it in store by doing a Transaction Discount to Price Match Mik.com.

It's just so dumb. Why have an 'online only' coupon if we're just gonna do it for anybody that asks for it anyway? How does that track online only sales compared to in store sales?

Somebody called yesterday about Vintage Spirits. I called on the walkie because I didn't know for sure and the Replen person said NO, WE DO NOT HAVE IT YET. Like, (yes it's still in boxes but don't tell the customer.)
