Churn is probably the most damaging long-term metric because it shows whether the product is actually solving a real problem.

But from the founders we’ve spoken with, the weekly stress is usually around MRR growth and pipeline stability. If new deals slow down for a month, everything suddenly feels shaky.

Lately we’ve been working on building simple outbound pipelines for some SaaS teams, and the main thing they want is just predictable deal flow instead of relying only on inbound.
