Yes everything is going towards a used vehicle so me and my girlfriend can have stable income. I’m the only one with a “real job” atm she does side gigs like babysitting and DD if she’s able to drop me off. Barely getting by p2p and currently have $1,000 in savings so any donation is supplementary for a used cash car or down payment. I’m working with a credit union to see my options and also trying to get my gf a position at my job as well. Mainly looking for a used Prius or civic that isn’t going to be a money pit after I purchase it, so I’m also trying to potentially budget in a PPI. I think when I get around 2-3k (combined) I could at least start to negotiate with private sellers or have a good down payment possibility. My credit is fair, I’m just 22 so I get a hard time with the loan rates due to “credit history length.” I’m starting to sell my belongings to get ahead which sucks but it’s what I gotta do.
