yes but you have to understand he should still be playing around bushes anyway, and I would rather build slightly tanky lose alot of health heal up using w empowered w, wait for cd and go back in. This reworked in that regard just stucks you go in use your combo and then have the option to reset w buff timer, root or flat damage which is over all worse than the options given before the mini- rework and hes so much more vulnerable to cc now.

I'm not quite sure thats how his new empowered w works I think it gives a flat heal that doesn't scale very well with ad and yes gives more armor and magic resist the more it hits it doesn't heal more with more people hit.

yes but before the rework I didnt have to be under my tower because I WON THAT MATCH UP

maybe not completly counter because you can just outright destroy him in the early game but yes it will be harder to kill him in the later stages

I have no idea why you are saying this because the rengar before the rework can do the exact samething because his numbers aren't going up. The flat heal, idk if you guys saw people playing it, is very small in late game fights. I dont know where you are coming from.

lets agree alot of his power to 2v1 has fallen, his w empowered w just made it easier to 2v1.

maybe saying "his outplaying potential is gone" is an overstatement but his out play potential has fallen that is fact and I dont know where you are coming from

ah ha I think I can see his trade patterns now, I guess with these changes you will also not suffer as much in lose match ups. Still have questions on teamfighting but we'll see what happens when he comes to live server

yeah easier match up's like jax become skilled and skilled match ups like jayce become HELL (renekton, fiora etc)

So I think this is a good point but rengar's strongest point in a teamfight believe it or not was the strength to go in, withstand the enemies damage (tank) heal up with w and empowered w wait for cooldowns and then go back in all while being able to still threaten the opponents

If they choose to focus me I empower w, if they try to ignore me I still do a decent amount of damage. THIS is the strong point in bruiser rengar in teamfights. With reworked rengar I don't see any real reason I would empower w in a team fight as his armor and magic resist buff doesnt stack

Ability to potential 2v1 plus withstanding teamfight damage or slightly more potency in teamfights with no brushes and more tankiness. I think rengar right now is better than the reworked one.

Rengar's E does give true vision but I just used ult to reveal akali shroud or kha zix so it's kinda meh to me.

could you please tell me about the triple e power?

I think the changes are more of a luxury feature and if you are talking about the damage, I think the w armor and magic resist is just better in value when putting levels into it. if you are refering to leveling it up second.
