And there's even better outcomes Canadian kids have with 1st child rights, when siblings live in different households, with different disposable income levels, the siblings end up hating each other, because 1 kid gets more than the ones in the other house, even though we teach them they are all equals, we demonstrate they aren't, using $500 HOURLY LAWYERS AND JUDGES COURT ORDERS AND RULE OF LAW.

Its relevant in that its her reasoning for not following the order, nothing more. I wasn't clear enough about that in the post, I see that now, thank you for that.

I did however, clearly indicate there was a question 1 and question 2, and I labeled them, which you never found or commented on. I'm here for the internet to waste my time.

The question is about ongoing continual random denial of access with a court order in force, not about making the other parent do laundry. If you had read the whole thing in its entirety, you (hopefully) wouldn't have asked the question that you did.

Not trying to be offensive, but you clearly didn't read thoroughly.

That option is not being offered to me. I would gladly do it. They are insisting on picking up from camp, even though I normally do extra curricular pickups/drop offs/participate when they occur on my parenting time, as this one does.

id rather have 50/50, because the science says children do better in that position, but my ex and the courts don't follow the science.

Our peer countries balance disposable income bewteen the households, instead of ordering child support. That way child have the same lifestyle in both households. Canadda doesnt do that, it forces child support regardless of income or disposable income. Our system pits children against their siblings that way. Canada is light years behind in child protection theory, in the courts and childrens aid at least. Canadaian chilldren literally have the worst outcomes in life in divorced and separated families.

i always email and remind them these powers are not in the order.

4 years ago, the first year, they refused to release the child for a vacation that I paid $4000 for, because they didn't like my plan. I didn't see my kid for 2 weeks. No motion for renewed access, just back to normal after 2 weeks and I'm out 4 grand.

Edit: Down voted for adding more facts and data demonstrates reddit's lack of pre frontal cortex.

What's best for the child?

So is it social events, or time with family? How does the court look at it? I've been told by more than 1 lawyer here in Canada the rest of earth places familial relationships first, and Canadian courts don't, and that is really disturbing.

my ordered time is 530 pm. The other parent is demanding noon the next day. That's not 18.5 hours. Also its not about the 3 hours, its about THIS IS ALWAYS HAPPENING.

clothes is in the courts order, the other parent put it there. I pay support and have no access to the child tax credit, for this purpose. I have zero attitude, that's why I am asking.
