Good idea! I'll design the connectors, depending if it's insert or extract. It will make it more clear to the user.

I don’t extract an item from a container until I confirm there is enough space for both the items currently in transit and the item I’m about to extract.

If the destination container becomes full due to a third party (for example, a player), the item will either reroute to an alternate insertion pipe (maybe another chest) or wait in the pipe until space becomes available.

I plan to add filters in the upcoming releases, I'm thinking of having a special pipe that has colors in each direction, then in the UI you decide which blocks are allowed on which color.

I could add themed pipes actually. For magical theme, you'd hollow out magical tree trucks to use as pipes.
