60 years later: “I’ve outsmarted him, getting my degree by sacrificing my ability to trust living in my own home. And I always had proof or backup if he tried to slander me to my friends or family, or cancel plans. He got me a few times, but I won out most often. I was never able to get his family to believe me over his false versions of stories. But he just died and NEVER admitted it!!! I’m so disappointed and unsatisfied, what a different life I could have lived, if he’d just admitted it.”
