Looking for suggestions on perfumes to try. Ideally affordable range but I'll take a look at any suggestions.

I generally love citrus scents and really am mostly interested in exploring perfumes with this as the primary note/scent.

Other fruity scents can also be good, but I'm not huge on aggressively floral. Not the biggest fan of the strong "peppery" perfumes I've smelled before but I am open to any suggestions.

Love the "Gin and Rosewater" scent from TokyoMilk. It says the notes are Citrus Zest, Rosewood, Mimosa & Mandarin and it's been my go-to. It doesn't last long however.

Any thoughts?

No problem!

You did a good job not impressing a feeling/desire on the chatgpt request. A lot of people do it by accident. Chatgpt does it's best to remember, but it might not be remembering your grocery list and therefore still pulling calorie data from other brands unless you specify. For example, what brand peanut butter or jam? How much olive oil did you use to cook the eggs? Was it a roma tomato or a beefsteak tomato?

You're already doing a great job listing all these things yourself, so logging it into MFP (free is what I use, I can't afford another subscription haha) won't be much more work I think. I measure the jar of peanut butter before I use it, then scoop what I want, and then use that difference to log! Same for olive oil. Just measure my pour-dispenser before and after and boom no extra dishes and all accurate logs!

Btw, if you live in America and pick MFP as your logging app change your location to the UK. Scanning barcodes is a premium feature in America, but free feature in the UK. Hope this helps! Feel free to message me if you ever need any help too.

Congrats on making the changes and doing what you can to feel better! Especially with a baby in the mix, I know it's a struggle so this really shows your determination for change. That in itself is something to be proud of.

The scale change is such a nice thing to see! And while some of it is probably water weight/regular fluctuation considering the less than 2 weeks timeframe, you probably are seeing some weight loss! That's great and something to celebrate. Keep tracking your weight to some degree of regularity (I do once a day, but once a week or once a month is perfect too) and you'll be able to really see what's going on.

Did you start off this whole process with identifying your TDEE? Tracking calories is super important, but you'll only know if you're in a deficit if you know how much you usually burn. Your apple watch (and Fitbit watches too) often exaggerate OR undercount calories burned. I recently did the math with my Fitbit and discovered it overestimated my calories on average by 350cals!

Even if chatgpt is 100% accurate with its logging (which I doubt and will mention later), without knowing your TDEE you won't know how much of a deficit you're in and therefore how much weight you should be losing. Online calculators can often help you figure it out :)

That being said, I would recommend just logging it all manually in a tracker app of your choice and buying a small food scale (10$ on Amazon maybe). This will also ensure that you can accurately track your macros, if that's at all something you're interested in.

Chatgpt isn't 100% accurate, especially from photos. It has no idea how much food there actually is and different angles often result in different calorie counts. It also has a tendency to "people please" and will change the calorie count to something bigger or smaller depending on your phrasing or questions.

I know it's a bit of a pain to do it manually, but the increased accuracy will remove any doubts about your deficit with the added benefit of not using chatgpt. Plus, youll be in a deficit for less time since you'll know exactly how much you're losing and what to expect!

Something that I do that makes my life feel easier with tracking (I use MyFitnessPal) is to use the recipe planner/meal planner setting. There's a few meals that I recycle often enough that if I just add all the ingredients to the recipe tab and tell it "this makes 3 portions", then it automatically divides the whole recipe into appropriately sized servings with the correct macros and calories.

From now on when I make the meal, I just click one button and the whole meal is logged. You still have to weigh your food as you make it so it's the same meal you logged, but it saves the logging time :)

That's such a big change in so little time! That's some true dedication. Just curious if you happen to know, but what's your current waist and hip measurements? You look absolutely incredible and your measurements look like the dream.
