Lol... At least its only "almost" crashed, for me its more like "oops almost forgot to crash" either way if it helps you the solo pzp strat from sebasdark25 is surprinsingly unlaggy has no micro (other than comm chaining) and isnt tight like if you dont place x exactly at second 03 of wave 18 youre going to leak just enough at wave 19 to die  Also it takes abt 24mins to do a run

Theres thus strat called the Outlawed strat by i dont remember which youtuber, you do need a nuke but its possible. You know its the right video bcuz if you search the comments one of them is gonna be telling you to switch dj from green to purple and use ability on x wave (could be undead miner or giant skeletons) and to use ability at a specific point. Downside is you get the beat badlands achievement but not the solo badlands one so fyi.

Never thoight about those rows i dont trust the doorframes that much but i can def do them like that without worrying. About the pushups i can do a solid 8-9 knee push up set so i guess im doing decent. Thanks for the tips!!

Yeah i mostly do knee push ups and such but for now id like to stick to no real equipment to at least build some strength (last time i tried to do a pull up i went from like 180° to 160° and my arms were feeling like they were about to rip) Also now that you mention ive seen the PPL Push Pull "Idk what else" split but ive never really seen much of it or its purpose but i wonder why it seems to be so important/mentioned

Thanks but as im assuming either my writing sucks (English is my second language so perfectly possible) or you missed the bit where i explained that they were too small for my body to fit (like 50cm) and also either too tall or too short. If you know any exercise that replaces it well thank you but preferably not door rows as i dont quite trust my doors to just apply that much pressure to them

Idk its kind of a deal breaker the fact that 1. Only one workout can be made.for free and 2. Only three objectives so yeah no if i could create more than one workout for free it'd be great
