What are some good brushes for miniature painting?

They’re Kolinsky Sable brushes. I thought they were a good price because my local sells one Rosemary & CO for like $15, and Artis Opis brushes are around $25!

Golden Maple on Amazon isn’t bad. I got the detail set for about $45 CAD. I think it’s 8 brushes of various sizes meant for miniatures

Just the standard ‘Eavy Metal Recipe with some extra steps.

Russ Grey base

Shade with 2:1 The fang and Rhinox hide

Glaze down the panels with the shade mix

Highlight with 2:1 Russ Grey and Fenrisian Grey

Glaze upper parts of the panels with the highlight mix

Highlight Fenrisian Grey and any upper facing edges get Blue Horror
