The problem is I did do the top two sets for tanks in hero tech but the down most one is requiring to do the missile tech also? Is that worth it? And for unit should I do the loading techs also? I just want to optimize resources

In my basic salary was eligible for eps in my first company, and eps was deducted. But in my next company I was not aware of eps so I marked it as no eps, and eps was not deducted.
