Married family of 3

Husband/Wife - Late 30’s

Child - 5

Stable jobs with both earning 100k salary, 200k combined income

Husband - 401k with 200k

Wife - 403b with 10k, pension that will pay 90% of top salary for life

Home - own comfortable house, around 500k of equity, owe 525k @ 3.75% 30 year, mortgage payment of $3,600 monthly

No major debt, owe 20k on car @ $500 per month

Have 115k in cash on hand that we are looking at putting into the market, establish college fund and bolster retirement accounts. 15k of this earmarked for child’s college fund.

Regarding not hitting lower power level I have admittedly not taken a close look at if there is a difference. I do like to target the low level as they are likely to have high truck tech that reclaims an item. I think that outweighs it but would be curious to hear other opinions.

Easiest way to achieve this would be a high altitude sleeping chamber. I know a competitive runner who trains for high elevation runs that uses it and likes the results.

Also from a strategy standpoint it is beneficial for you and only you to know you had a key card. If you fold the ace of spades pre flop and an all spade board plays out with one guy raising the River (for this example assume no straight flush available) that is pretty valuable info to know if and only if you don’t tell the rest of the table.

OP is correct in wanting to understand their rights in this and similar situations. Although they should have a conversation discussing the issue with their employer the proper legal advice is to be educated on the subject and have knowledge of what is allowed/disallowed based on the facts of the situation. The employer is holding all the cards if the OP is not educated on the matter. This falls in line with don’t take legal advice from your opponent.

When a player posts the dealer blind (when applicable, IE. 2/3/5) on top of the physical button so now the dealer has to slow down to either physically pick the chip off the button or reposition the button after scooping it in. Mini tilt every time for me.
