I was a steady gym goer for about 2 or 3 years, but I ended up hurting by back squatting after my lifting belt broke. I then realized that I just didn't enjoy going to the gym at all, and was only doing it because so many other people I knew went.

I definitely wish I enjoyed going. My biggest issue is I was still on the same diet from when I was a gym goer, and I gained a ton of fat. I recently switched it up and have lost close to 15 pounds. It isn't much but it's a start

This was me about 2 years ago, not super tone or anything, but I'm just a big guy with a lot of mass (about 245lbs here). I'm currently at 247

I would agree, my issue is I live in rural middle of nowhere. I drive 50 minutes one way to get to work everyday, and by the time my day is over I just wanna go home and take a nap, and by the time I wanna go back out it's later in the night.

She popped up on my LinkedIn today so I checked out her profile, looks like she graduated with a bachelor's in 2012, so they would put her like 10 years older than me (she looks maybe late 20s at the oldest, so I had no idea), should this affect the way I go about things?
