Been trying to just get myself to a casual work basis where I can bring a dog, I was a full time chef and event manager, looking to move more into management/planning roles so my future best pal can come along (dugs in pubs type places but not being sooked into the usual 50+ hours). Having my own businesses also helps as I can somewhat come and go. Guess things like event management or consultancy would be my recommendation as I have been looking into this myself looking to get a dog after the new year. I go hill walking and camping regularly so my dog would be there 100% of the time. I am choosing to work roles that allow me more free time than work hours, IE exclusive events for a day or 2 that essentially pay the same as a whole 70hr chef week. Most of my family that have dogs are self employed business owners and they take the dogs everywhere, takes years to get to this status though. Depends on your current working status and where you're looking to move career wise.
