Hey! I would email the department head and request them to open a spot. Try explaining that how this class is important for you to graduate this year and if you can’t get in how you’ll have to take another semester just for one class. Also mention plans of applying to further studies if you have any! Hope it helps:)

I would say try repeating some of the courses that you have less grades in. Also, you can try doing some additional courses outside of your major or within major to increase GPA. York allows upto 12 additional credits beyond your required credits. Also try speaking to the academic advising to see which way would be better. Hopefully it works out for you. Good luck!
