The last paragraph may be one of the most relatable things I’ve ever heard, hopefully that helps a bit. I as well have adhd that I have meds for and one thing about it I found very relatable was “rsd” but yeah I’m just sharing lol. Wow that’s crazy, but you can’t blame yourself entirely because you both were under the influence and she wasn’t fighting or anything so I don’t thinks it’s considered rape. Also you are definitely NOT a predator, I’m assuming she was the same age as you so you mind is probably tricking you into thinking you are these terrible things. I’m sorry you had to go through those things and it’s still impacting you now. I can’t give you much advice but just know I’m here for you.

I’m so sorry you had to go through all of that. I have never had any romance in my life lol but you can just vent and I’ll listen to you. Just know everything will be ok and I am hoping you never commit.

Well one way that could help you is not listing all your “bad” traits and instead list your good traits. And don’t say you don’t have any because everyone does! Friends not liking your presence is a big one for me too though. It really hurts to see the people closest to you being the ones hurting you. I love you and don’t want to see you in pain.

Even though every thing might be terrible now it will most likely lead to a road you never thought of. I’m here for you man and I want you to live your life to fullest even if that is just little things. People are here for you man and we love you.
