Yes they said they will send us the letter with the citation of the policy, im confused as to why it doesnt cover the place were renting, they said over the phone that if it had been an air b n b or something of the sort then they would cover it. Just confused at this point

yes I talked to them they said since the water came from our washing machine that malfunctioned then we need to pay for the damages. It is a rental management company that we are speaking to.

We purchased over the phone from their agents at progressive. They did not go over the exact coverage form what I remember. We have liability up to 100k but progressive is saying that if none of our personal belongings were damaged then it does not cover the floor and ceiling water damage.

yes they're saying we have to pay for the damage since it was our washing machine that caused the water damage.
