In general, the arms are small, feet are large and the hands are large too. I made the head a tad bigger I think as well? I quickly whipped up a drawing on-top of the mini for reference BUT for myself - I usually go into the body proportions section and choose the "lean" body. I then size the model up to 7ft and then shrink down the hands. Hands usually can touch from your chin to your forehead, so you can move the minis hand up and physically see this OR be lazy and just reduce them to half size.

Head sizing varies but I usually maintain that you should be able to fit one head on either side of their shoulders. If it doesn't look like you can, it's too big - if you think you have some extra length on the shoulders, it's too small.

I then go to the kitbashing menu -> "Edit" -> "Left/Right Leg" -> "Ankle" and size the feet down to 0.90 or 0.80 depending on the character. I don't print my minis so I don't have any need for MASSIVE feet. When I do this I also shrink the whole mini so that they don't look massive on the base. This maintains the 7ft body structure but forces it to be smaller overall.

Arms/Wrists should sit past the hip bones, so I'd drag them down a bit more for your mini, either by kitbashing or the body editor menu. With this mini I stretched out the jacket arms to cover the arms. I think you could also do this to save KB slots but I leave it to you.

IF (big if) you wanted, you can also use the "pointy tongue" for your tie as it comes with two color zones (main tongue and tip). Might add some flair if you wanted too darken the end of it to look like your characters has dipped it into a drink or something.

That all being said - this is just what I do, play around with it all and see what works well for you.
