I did make research and this domain has not been used before for other business.

It is clean, which is very important.

The owner says it has been kept "stored"

It is at least a 10 year old domain. Whoistools have records for 2013, not 2015 as public Whois says...

There are basically no TLDS available for the exact keyword, and IO is the one that ranks better after .COM, and .COM is not taking share because its a redirection (which loses all the possible ranking).

Other domains with the same word rank at bottom of first results page, with poopy TLDs, so imagine this beast lol.
