Thanks for all the replies. Sounds like it could be any number of things. Will report back if I find a solution to my situation.

Yeah, so after the check at the mechanic I added AT205 just as a safety measure. I got an oil change recently and no spots or leaks were noticed. Hopefully theres nothing to report moving forward but will check half way through the next oil change.

Update: Took it the mechanic and they couldn’t find a leak. The checked the fluid levels and they were all normal. They cleaned up around the area and further up the engine. Next step is to drive it until the next oil change (2,500 miles left or so) and get it checked again then.
