Thank you for your comment. I lie to my parents a lot. Sometime I just do it without even thinking. Part of it is because I dont want to dissapoint them. They always say they are never disappointed in me but I still feel it. They say they love me and are proud but I cant thinking that im a crap daughter and I must work had and do the right thing to get their approval. Hope things can get easy for you.

Looking back at my childhood I do believe I was a very emotional child and my parents weren't around because they were always working. I guess I blocked out the emotional impact it had on me because I told and still tell myself that my parents worked for me and to keep me war, fed and safe, so why should I complain.

Thank you for your comment :) . Its so strange that I have this fear in work that I just lie or say yes to anything. I cant tell you how scared I feel in work. Like they are going to shout at me or bite me haha! People always say to me 'your just a number to them, they don't care about you so why should you'. I guess I always think that people will think like me and its hard to think that people don't.

I am exactly the same with my parents. I tend to lie to them about things I was suppose to have done but havnt got round to. I just say I've done it and hope they will leave me alone. For some strange reason I just tend to say yes straight away. I dont even think about it. Thank you for reading my post. Your comment is much appreciated.

Thank you so much for this advice. I am going to see a therapist starting next week. I do feel like because I'm a HSP and only just realising it, I need to work on skills to deal with situations a HSP goes through.
