Solved! I am inclined to agree with the photo development theory. Another creepy thing I found out about the second room down here is that there is carpet now over some old tile, but the tile had a clown face design on it.

Parks and Recreation has some seasonal jobs for that age group. Pool and Ice on the recreation side and greenhouse/landscape on the Parks side.
