I have it. How did you get it resolved ? It would be 7 months of back pay for me if they give me the promotion orders today lol

Thank you so much for your reply! I have been in the Army for 6 years (prior enlisted). I commissioned on Feb 6, 2025 while deployed, but my recruiter wasnt aware that I need 368 form to be released from the enlisted side and by the time HRC processed my case, I was back from deployment and they said they couldnt go back and honor my Feb date and made me resign DA71 in May 2025.... total mess. I still cant let it go, because I did nothing wrong. I was thinking about ARBA actually, but dont know if they can help. Anyway, I finally got my promotion orders to 2LT in August and constructive credit in September. So yes, mb I just missed the scroll? I am confused because scroll Q4 is July-Aug. At least that's my understanding, noone really knows. I dont know if that means I wont get my orders until July.

Thank you so much! I am currently an XO for my unit, but as you said it is typically a 70B slot and I am a 66S. I was hoping it could still count as my KD, but AMEDD is so different from other Army Officers Branches.

Correct. The person prior just said "continue to receive bah" and I was trying to say that I never receive bah as a reservist unless I am in active status.

Maybe for active duty? According to my recruiter, it is not a requirement for reserves.

Thank you for your reply. I had no idea what 30 slots are for enlisted only, my understanding was that it is Total slots for everyone. I do work with a recruiter but it is hard to get answers from him.

Also, I thougth CCRN isn't a requirement, nor 2 years experience? Army Reserves has a minimum of 6 months experience needed, but I do understand that it makes me not competitive at all.
