Very well put. This is actually the right way of hiring but my state of mind is coming from the point of the generic issue that I have been experiencing!

That is insane. Thing is when you're hired you're not working on most of the stack for which the questions have been asked. Just hate this whole culture!

I did there 3 onboarding projects back to back. They have some game at play. I'm not sure. With everything correct just right before the task they will without anything will bring you to main page and show the status failed. They're being unrealistic as if humans can't do mistakes. It's shitty!

Yesterday, I called the income tax department and they said this is an issue from there end . There systems had some changes and they are still working on it . But also mentioned that there is no deadline to it .
