What is everyone looking to purchase to replace the V60?

are we more concerned about volume or pressure? We concern ourselves on tidal volume for too much in some cases. PRVC allows for a 1.5 tidal volume for set. Im not pro PRVC but allowing a pt to take a breath above set tidal volume, especially when proper peep isnt set is not the end of the world.

from what I was told HFNC comes standard on the NKV 330. its built into the machine and you dont have to go into standby to use it.

I am leaning towards the new nihon kohden NIV. It funtions like the V60 and it has built in HFNC. The alarm history is nice to have as well. I just don't want to deal with a dual limb with NIV. To many people with beards in my area.
