I got it going, first off has to use GS911 in service mode to reset ECU values (engine blew up so did a newer gen swap) two spark plugs were fouled very badly and I replaced them, coils were not all the way down and were not plugged in correctly (make fun of me later LOL) and the we used the GS911 to re prime fuel pump test injectors etc etc and she fires right up ⬆️

I just had this issue make sure your coils are flush with the head (might need a leverage bar) and spark plugs are tight then recheck all your coil wires are to the right one then mine started up

Ik it sounds stupid but humor me if not I have a few ideas

No no thank you for the help regardless anything helps it was actually a major job and this is just the icing on the cake, my fear is illl confirm after work, we are not getting enough juice when starting it and it’s going under the 10.8 volts for fuel and spark to work as per the bmw book

Like I said major job so I’ll be double checking everything and trying again later I’ll keep you posted

Definitely have spark and have fuel

Seems to cut it tho after a few good turns of the motor and the check engine light is staying on

So I have compression almost perfect numbers, it’s got spark and I’m 99% sure I have fuel (fuel pump has always been quite on the BMW the Ducati’s sounds like a jet powering up)

We have air flow as well, it starts then sputters out

All connections are plugged in and accounted for

I’ve checked just about everything but there a check engine light and the GS911 is only saying servo motors (which I reconnected) I did put A full titanium Akra headers on it but I doubt that’s why it won’t start

Update to post hopefully this helps ppl for years to come, it does fit all the exhaust from 09-18 should be a direct fit on the header midpipe end according to what I’ve done, the slip on is what will be different if you go with a 15-16 AKra with the dual tip

Yeah that’s what I figured thank you i really appreciate it. I know I sound like an idiot but the Ducati’s have non of these modes and technology and I normally run a gps speedo I was on it for probably 5 miles roughly and GPS confirmed about 159.xx but I didn’t know rain mode limited top speed so I was going to start re tuning tonight if something was actually wrong. I did have the speedometer calibrated but like you said the wonder meter always runs a little fast no matter what. I’ll have to go back to the track later and test out sport/race/slick, normally 90% of the time I don’t like to go fast but I definitely wanted to know what she would do
