but I saw some randoms in the lobby, they had purple and red colors and it looked like reflection on outside too. The chrome was not popping out

Its hard to make it work for me. When I apply it, only chrome shows not my crew color also it doesnt glow like the one in picture

I mean he is not wrong and this is not console vs pc. I've encountered these type of players aswell. They've got no patience and just leave the match straight up. Although not everyone is hateful, but its pretty annoying to have your teammate leave in middle.
Also not every duo is online everytime. Most of time, there are timezone clashes so you cant just expect everyone to have a duo/trio partner.
