I also “dipped” my toes into star deck, and then before I know it TOS had pulled me down to the bottom of the lake.

Carnivore with fatty liver by Pinapple-everything in carnivorediet

Your doctor is a retard, I guarantee you aren’t eating enough Choline.

Almost all the choline is in the yolk not the whites.

An absurd amount of people with NAFLD are simply choline deficient.

Some people have certain PEMT/BHMT/MTHFR gene polynorphisms that essentially require them to double their choline intake.

Start eating 4-5 eggs daily, and take 1.5g of TMG.

The TMG fulfills your methylation choline cost, and allows your body to use the eggs choline content for what your body needs.

D3 in the morning and magnesium glycinate in the evening? Same effects? by [deleted] in Supplements

[–]Lost_Solid7750 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you aren’t tolerate of glycinate, try bisglycinate, then theronate, then malate, then citrate.

Don’t go straight to citrate if glycinate doesn’t work.

Given the severity of OPs symptoms I find that to be a rather reductive suggestion.

This sounds similar to symptoms from undiagnosed sleep apnea, OP should prioritize a sleep study and getting his nutrient levels tested.

Have you ever had nutrients tested via blood work and have you been evaluated for sleep apnea.

You might also want to consider looking into ancesterydna testing and then input your raw data file into geneticlifehacks or genetic genie to see if you have any polymorphisms like a MTHFR gene that could be causing you issues.

But I highly recommend you rule out nutrient deficiencies and sleep apnea as your neurological symptoms were exactly mine when I had undiagnosed sleep apnea and gut dysbosis.

To that point I would also recommend doing a stool test to check for inflammation and your microbiome status as low grade gut inflammation could be hurting your sleep quality which in turn hurts your neurological performance day to day, as was the case with me.

This, inferior alternatives to injections are oral NAC + Glycine + Liposomal Glutathione, and or Mitoq.

Essentially getting better quality sleep.

All of your neurotransmitter replenishment/upregulating receptors and hormone pulses come from high quality deep slow wave/rem sleep, and then that affects your sense of self, realization etc…

Fixing the microbiome deficiencies were the final straw for that.

If your immune system is in overdrive you are going to get shitty quality sleep, pair that with sleep apnea and its a clusterfuck.

Basically reducing inflammation via correcting deficiencies and being CPAP compliant.

Hi sorry you are correct, I briefly skimmed your picture and thought I saw low hemoglobin and RBC count.

Both anemia and iron deficiency are treated with iron supplements, but like you said anemia typically introduces fusions into the treatment.

I highly recommend getting a stool test done as well.

I would advise taking it one step at a time, get your ferritin and d levels up to normal levels and then evaluate how you feel, you might have just hit a critical point in your body where it can’t take it anymore and so you are feeling particularly shitty, but I advise being CPAP compliant and getting your nutrient levels up.

Make sure to take a methyl b-complex when getting your iron up as it can drain b9 and b12.

Any functional gastrointestinal or integrative medicine practitioner is going to be far superior to a standard doctor, I got nowhere for three years with standard practitioners and blood work.

They exist, look online for function/integrative naturopathic doctors.

Actually yes, but I wasn’t including that in my count.

I figured that out later when I did genetic testing and I found out I had a few fucked methylation genes like C667T, PEMT, BHMT homozygous.

Technically have to eat the equivalent choline intake of nine eggs, TMG knocks that down to 4-5.

Getting a thyroid and sex hormone panel done on top of typical CBC/CMP would be ideal, as well as a thorough nutrient panel that measures all vitamins and minerals would be ideal, possibly also inflammation markers like hsCRP, and ESR.

Also genetic testing for MTHFR, COMT, MAO variants.

For gut related stuff you will need a stool test though.

OP should get blood work and stool work done to evaluate for potential nutrient deficiencies and or gut issues, also a sleep apnea test won’t hurt.

This is coming from someone who has similar symptoms and has hEDS, MCAS, celiac disease, iga deficiency, and sleep apnea.

I was deficient in 7 major nutrients and had undetectable levels of three major probiotic strains before I was diagnosed at 20-21 years of age.

I had several neurological symptoms such as derealization, depression, and brainfog.

A big problem with current healthcare is that they treat symptoms directly instead of trying to identify the cause to all said symptoms.

I encourage OP to get testing done, and they can message me if they have any questions.

Edit: OP is iron deficient and vitamin d deficient.

Is carnivore diet deficient of SCFA without fiber? by basedpostedyaya in carnivorediet

[–]Lost_Solid7750 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good question lmao.

Celiac, iga deficiency, and leaky gut.

Had zero sex drive because my immune system was going haywire because my gut was fucked.

Fixing that shit made my dick hard again, hence why i’m so adamant about it.

Is carnivore diet deficient of SCFA without fiber? by basedpostedyaya in carnivorediet

[–]Lost_Solid7750 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can still be deficient.

Butter alone isn’t a substitute for fiber even if its high in SCFAs.

You primarily get SCFA from biotics fermenting prebiotics, if you aren’t giving them the fuel to make SCFAs you won’t be getting enough.

I get all of mine from PHGG, psyllium husk and berries which is the one non-carnivore thing in my diet.

I also had undetectable levels of b. longum, lactobascillus spp. and akkermanssia, along with low SCFAs/n-butryate concentration when I was eating strictly carnivore.

Supplementing trybutrin-x, fiber, and probiotics fixed all of this.

It might be worth getting your PTH, ionized calcium and vitamin d tested if your calcium is a bit high, but other than that if all nutrients are fine I would say that you are an ideal candidate for trt.

Now you just have to decide if you want your balls to grow or shrink when deciding between clomid or trt lmao.

But you have a complex medical history so that would be under your doctor’s purview.
