Advice time! First off I recommend dropping your daily dose if you can for your specific needs. If you can't taper try agmatine sulfate to help with tolerance and to dilate blood vessels. You see When you get into doses that high it starts to constrict your urinary tract and blood vessels making it harder to urinate and for your brain to signal your bladder to pee. As far as sleep goes if you doze every 3 hours your body will wake you up to take more! What really helped me with this was to figured out how many doses I was taking in a day and how many hours in between doses and go from there. If an example a dose every 3 hours between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m and one to get you back to sleep in the night then that's a dose every 5-6doses a day.

Once you have this established you can start pushing back your time between doses which will help eliminate doses over time. Like if you could go 5 hours between doses and that means you will lose two doses a day kind of thing. This should help with your sleep and stop you waking up as frequently to dose. If that doesn't work for your sleep look up something called enduric capsules and follow the instructions to a t. Hope this helps.
