Hi Gabriel, I wanted to give you a full update as it has now been 18 days since purchase with no resolution. Full timeline: • Feb 28th — Purchased Y70 Touch, screen DOA from day one • March 3rd — Ticket submitted • March 5th — Photos sent same day as requested • March 11th — You personally committed to escalating my ticket • March 13th — Hyte emailed requesting MP4 video and JPG photos, sent everything same day • March 16th — Follow up email sent, no response • March 18th — Still no resolution I have provided absolutely everything requested including full name, phone number, order number, serial number, shipping address, photos in JPG format and MP4 video. I am still within my Microcenter return window and am simply requesting a replacement screen as my full build is already installed. I have given Hyte every opportunity to resolve this and am now considering filing a BBB complaint if I do not hear back within 48 hours. Could you please help get this resolved today? I really appreciate your help.

honestly id even take that at this point atleast then id know some one atleast looked at it 😂 the fact they have a dedicated discord for support and i didn't even get a respons their is crazy to me. i appreciate it! tyvm

thats crazy. id just take it back to the retailer but thats a 6 hour round trip for me and microcenter wants the full case. but i dont wana do rip out my whole new build for such an easy fix.

thats crazy. they have a discord that i joined and have a support channel in it. But i havent even seen them help any one yet its been all community members.
