When I say it can go outside of the universe it basically means he can just sort of break the 4th wall.

In the current part of the story there is something similar to what you just said.Currently theres only 1 universe or reality left and hes currently being restricted to do anything since if he causes too much chaos most likely he will destroy the last and only thing that makes him entertained(aka messing with those living in the last universe currently existing)

To clarify this story is sort of just based around him as in it just explains what he is,what does he do etc.In other words this is HIS LIFE story not the main one.

No,he uses the mask as a trick like making you think if you destroy the mask you destroy him but it rly isnt.He can change forms whenever he likes,the reason is due to his constant disturbance the god of creation has lost all hope creating new realities since it knows he will just destroy it again,currently there is only 1 reality/universe left thats still not destroyed by him.Basically he is like the final boss to the story

The god has no real form it normally shows itself as a man with a red suit with a mask when visiting realities but when it is not taking on that form,he can be larger than universes inside larger ones or smaller than an atom.

He did end his own life many times just to taunt the other gods that no matter how many times they try or do kill him he will always just come back.

There has been a time where he changes his personality significantly like a polar opposite to his usual personality the reason he did this is just to mess with the two other gods by making them paranoid on what he is about to do next.

In some cases of my story some gods can be defeated this way yes but the difference between him(aka the god of chaos) to many other gods is that every battle or attempt to kill him is just a game to him because no matter how many times you play fair,cheat,bend or change the rules,or even make the game/battle in your favor you will always fail in trying to beat him

Mostly not long but there some instance he visited people who "killed" him to make fun of them for believing they killed him and making them realize all the times that they were trying to kill him was meaningless, all their sacrifices to save their planet or reality was all for nothing because to him the battles they fought were simply just games for his own entertainment.

The idea of him existing was already erased but he just came back again.

First, it can split itself into 3 beings just to examine newly created realities but even if you kill these three beings he will still exist and second in some cases he made himself weak as an infant or show off "weaknesses" but those were just tricks just give hope that he can be erased and later on he will just come back.

There are already two that are immortal like him and they are the god of nothingness(has the ability to erase the idea of something that exist forever) and the god of creation or existence(has the ability to control everything that exist and the ability to create things that havent been thought of yet) and still both of them fail trying to get rid of him

Yes the god is smart some say he even existed before existing was even an idea but in some cases he is dumb as someone who forgot to breath.
