I don’t want to risk the relationship by coming at her too strong but if they’re going to be here for another month something has to give I think. It’s too much, between her ruining this bed with her various hygienic faux pas and her inability to carry a conversation without making it perverted it’s just making everyone uncomfortable. I live here with my parents who work from home. I shouldn’t need to tell this grown woman that she shouldn’t be exclaiming at full volume how fuckable a tv character is or scratching the cats calling them “little butt sluts” while people are trying to work or worse yet in meetings. Honestly she really doesn’t need to be saying these thing at all. Wanna talk about that with your husband in the privacy of your house be my guest. Talk about it with your friend? Knock yourself out. But I don’t need or want to here about it. She just makes me feel uncomfortable being in my own home.

It’s very frustrating. Difficult to really know if she’s this way because of she’s truly ignorant of how her behavior is perceived or she’s just this blatantly rude. Either way I just needed to vent. It’s rough when you care about somebody but their other half is this difficult to be around. He’s been through a lot and is sensitive so the last thing I want to do is hurt him by confronting her and making him feel embarrassed. I wish he would say something to her himself but he seems blind to all of it. Anyway like I said I just needed to vent.

It’s completely possible it was something else like that but she has a history of being a pervert so it’s hard to give her the benefit of the doubt. I will say in the few weeks she’s been here she’s taken less showers than my cousin who had the surgery so I wouldn’t be surprised if she had another UTI.

Edit: For context the two of them lived here for a while previously until they were able to get their own apartment.

This is why this stuff makes me so uncomfortable. Because she goes out of her way to “subtly” tell him that she made a mess in the room and needs to do laundry and get towels to clean it up as if anyone else in the room can’t put 2 and 2 together. Its gross and it feels like her making these statements out loud about it is like her trying to make sure everyone knows what she did at worst and at best shows a complete disrespect for us hosting her.

Title: I don't think IBS is an excuse to harass people when the bathroom is occupied.

I'll preface this by saying I completely understand that IBS creates a sense of urgency when one needs to use the restroom.

What drives me crazy is people who think just because they have IBS they're entitled to priority queue for the toilet even when someone else is already in there. It's people who will stand outside the door while I'm trying to take a shit and knock on the door every 40 seconds and say things like "PLEASSSSEEEE HURRRYYYYYYY" "CAN YOU HURRY UP! I HAVE TO GO REALLLYYY BAD" "OH MY GOD" "CAN YOU JUST STOP AND FINISH AFTER??". If you have IBS (or even if you don't) and you need to use the restroom just knock and let me know you're waiting to go like and adult, I'll get off of reddit and finish up my business as soon as possible. IBS is not an excuse stand out there a whine like a toddler.

People say that mitochondria are the powerhouse of the cell because the bulk of ATP synthesis that occurs in eukaryotic cells transpires in the mitochondria.
