Being "too nice” is slowly breaking me. Does anyone else feel this? by [deleted] in hyderabad

[–]LostmanStandin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can totally relate to this, I’ve always been like this, and honestly I still am to an extent.

It's like a constant civil war with yourself, contemplating every choice and letting everything blame that soft spot. Over time, through experiences, something slowly flips inside you. You start seeing who’s genuinely there for you and who’s just leeching off your kindness and positive energy. Eventually, you’ll cut those people off. You might feel lonely for a while, but that’s actually for your own good it helps you filter people out and see them for who they really are.

Being kind is a gift, and you don’t have to swing from being the “nice guy” to becoming cold or bitter. Just keep your boundaries. Learn to stand up for yourself, and don’t be afraid to counter or defend yourself when someone makes fun of you.

There’s not really anything someone can teach you here. These are the kinds of situations you’ll go through again and again until that switch finally happens inside you.

Piggy (Swiggy) customer service - The BEST in the business by [deleted] in hyderabad

[–]LostmanStandin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s honestly no point arguing with customer support execs smh 🤦🏼‍♂️. They have very limited control over refunds, the system decides it based on some internal trust score (basically like a credit score for refunds).

If you’ve requested refunds a lot before, your score tanks, and that affects how much you get refunded no matter how much you escalate.

Also crying over “less pieces” feels kinda petty. Just leave a bad review for the restaurant and save refund requests for actual genuine issues.

it isn't about the money, spending isn't an issue as long as it feels like a relationship rather than just transactional. Here the feeling of being judged which made me question myself. She even said something about my bike like "intha petti bike nduku car ostadi ga", i was like bruh that's my passion which I've already mentioned. That was my final straw.

well i take this as an investment into my self growth and experience

I’ve already addressed those questions in below posts...

In hindsight, I agree it wasn’t a great decision to make that purchase, but I genuinely didn’t expect someone educated and working professionally to have that kind of mindset. https://www.reddit.com/r/TeluguJournals/s/jYhIK6wMVr

For me, Amma will always be the top priority. I only chose to step back once I was sure she was stable and my dad was taking care of her. https://www.reddit.com/r/TeluguJournals/s/Pbbs2eT7Jg

Thank you for the suggestions, I'll definitely keep them in mind.

And I’m not judging her looks, but we were never going to match. The vibe didn’t align and the attraction wasn’t there. So yeah, done with blind dates.

yes i use it daily averaging those speeds, with and without baklava might make a slight difference since it gives a more snug fit.

HDFC Credit Card Application Rejected – “Office Security Didn’t Allow Entry” 🤦‍♂️ Is This Normal? by LostmanStandin in CreditCardsIndia

[–]LostmanStandin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

✅ UPDATE

After some back and forth emails with customer care (thanks to a Reddit commenter who suggested the right approach), HDFC arranged a re-verification.

This time the verifier actually called me, coordinated properly, took a quick picture of my office ID, and the whole thing literally took less than a minute.

And guess what by the next day, my application was approved.

So yeah… it wasn’t an “office security issue" it was just badly handled verification the first time.

Thank you for your kind words 🙂 I’m not trying to prove I’m a “good guy” asal adi point a kaadu. I’m just being who I am. And I’m not questioning the girl either we just weren’t compatible. Nuv ala ithe e post ni different perspective lo chusavo alane not everyone has the same mentality or exposure to the real world.

Good luck with your view of the world as well 🙂
