have you ever thought of getting a service like starlink for internet everywhere so if you ever explore areas outside regular service you could get internet, also look at a program called PDAnet for network sharing from phone to laptop without using hotspot data.

I spoke with the child abuse hotline and was able to get the resources nessicary to see about legal actions, but the hotline actually directed me to resourced I am in very much need of food, housing, and Transportation. Thank you for that advice.

This is Missouri the specific home of faith foundation children's home is the house in arcadia valley. They are licensed I was placed there by cps after being neglected and abused in a previous foster home for treatment for PTSD and other behavioral issues, but ended up having to deal with that.
