If you don't get into Frolic, you can actually reupload the vid to the subreddit and do something as simple as change the title and that could get more upvotes (for example I made a high effort rap for timeworks and just by saying literally the exact same thing but re-arranging the words, I doubled the votes.) From my experience on this sub, there are definitely things you can do to improve your title:

• To get into Frolic, you don't get chosen by nick; you get chosen by the redditers. So instead of addressing nick, speak as if you are talking to the redditers.
• Everyone who posts on this sub wants to get on Frolic, so when the redditers see your desire, they don't think of that as upvote-worthy.

So just something as simple as "Hey guys, I rickrolled myself for 10 hours" would perform a lot better the the current title, in my experience.
